REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: January 16, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on isgool.com, operated by Freaktrop Ltd.

Because we sell digital goods (Arc Raiders in-game items such as coins, blueprints, and materials), most purchases are final and not refundable, except under the special circumstances below.


1. No Refunds for Digital Goods (Standard Rule)

Once a digital item has been delivered (or delivery has been attempted successfully), the purchase is considered completed.

All delivered digital goods are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • You no longer want the item

  • You made a wrong selection

  • You did not like the item after delivery

  • You violated game rules and got restricted/banned


2. Refunds Allowed Only In Special Cases

A refund or replacement may be issued ONLY if one of these applies:

2.1 Non-Delivery

If you paid and the item was not delivered due to our error, you may be eligible for:

  • Full refund, OR

  • Redelivery (replacement delivery)

2.2 Wrong Item Delivered

If we deliver a different item than what was purchased, you may be eligible for:

  • Correct redelivery, OR

  • Refund (if correction is not possible)

2.3 Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, you may be eligible for:

  • Refund of the duplicate payment amount


3. Cases Where Refunds Are NOT Granted

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • You entered an incorrect username / Player ID

  • You refuse to cooperate with verification needed to deliver the item

  • Delivery fails because of game server issues outside our control

  • You provided wrong account login details

  • The digital item has already been delivered

  • You attempt chargeback fraud


4. Time Limit to Request Refund

Refund requests must be submitted within:

24 hours of purchase

Requests after 24 hours may be rejected depending on the order status.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us:

  • Order number / transaction ID

  • Email used during purchase

  • Arc Raiders username / Player ID

  • A clear description of the issue


6. Verification & Resolution Process

We may request proof such as:

  • Transaction confirmation

  • Screenshot of delivery status (if needed)

We aim to respond within 24–72 hours.


7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method via:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

  • Crypto (when applicable, subject to blockchain/network constraints)

Crypto refunds (if applicable) may be adjusted due to transaction fees.
